You can setup the Free Service Dates with Max Km and the Coupon No. Also you can set the Average Kms/Month and Service Frequency for sending remainder letters. - Service Details
Setup the Names of Various services like (Body Wash, Wheel Alignment etc) and setup the charges and taxes for each of them. You may also setup separate Ledger A/c to post the different Service income. You may also setup other charges for charging in the bill and post them to separate ledger accounts. - Vehicle and Accessory Names
Setup the Names of Various Models of Vehicles (ex: Maruthi 800, Maruthi Zen etc). These are used to identify the vehicle when you setup the Vehicle Details with Reg Nos.
Setup the accessory names for the vehicles so that you may select the same and record when the vehicle is left for service. - Service Types
You can create your own Service Types (ex: Free Service 1, 2, 3 etc, Paid Service, Accident Service etc) and select them in the Job Card. This will be used to analyse Service Type wise earnings. - Vehicle and Accessory Names

Once the Job Card is open, you can issue Items against the Job Card for services. Multiple Issues can be done for a Job Card. - Query Service Status of Vehicles based on Vehicle No/Customer Name
You can query the Current Status of Vehicles, so that you can answer the customers. - Make Invoice for Service Completed vehicles
Once the Service is complete you can make the Bill for the Vehicle in a single step confirmation. You may print the Bill in the required format. - Estimates for Service for Approval
You can make estimates or quotes for Services and print the same for approval. - Free Service Management
For each vehicle, you can set the Free Service Due Date and Km Reading for availing the Free Service. When you enter the Job Card and Select Free Service, the system checks if the Free Service is done or not and whether the date and the KM reading are within the limits set. This helps to manage the Free Services for Vehicles. - Sale of Vehicles
Apart from Service Module, the Software provides for Creation of New Vehicles with Vehicle Specifications. For each Vehicle you can set the Chassis No and Engine No and other parameters. You can make quotes and print the same for the prospective buyer. You can make Sale Invoices and print the relevant format for Customer and RTO purposes. - Statements and Reports
